You will join our East Africa Advisory team in Nairobi, working directly on client mandates spanning infrastructure, energy, and financial services. This is a highly client-facing role with exposure to full deal lifecycles — from origination through execution and close.
- Lead financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis across active mandates
- Support deal origination and client relationship management across East Africa
- Coordinate due diligence workstreams and manage external advisors
- Prepare investor presentations, information memoranda, and board materials
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team knowledge-building
- 4–7 years in investment banking, private equity, or advisory (Africa focus preferred)

Crestmont Energy is seeking an experienced Project Finance Manager to lead the structuring, financing, and close of clean energy projects across West Africa. You will manage complex multi-stakeholder transactions from term sheet through financial close.
- Structure and negotiate project finance facilities for solar, wind, and hybrid energy projects
- Manage relationships with lenders, DFIs, ECAs, and equity co-investors
- Oversee legal due diligence and coordinate external legal counsel
- Lead preparation of project information packages and lender presentations
- Monitor portfolio projects post-financial close and manage covenant compliance
- 6–10 years in project finance, infrastructure finance, or energy investment
- Deep knowledge of African power sector and IPP frameworks
- Track record of closing project finance transactions in sub-Saharan Africa

This is a senior leadership role based in our Washington DC office. As Director of DFI Engagement, you will lead our relationships with the World Bank Group, IFC, DFC, USAID, and other multilateral and bilateral development finance institutions — a critical function for mobilising blended finance at scale across our platforms.
- Manage and deepen active relationships with senior officials at major DFIs
- Lead structuring of blended finance instruments, guarantees, and concessional capital

- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports for group leadership

- Manage accounts payable/receivable and vendor relationships
- Assist with audit preparation and liaise with external auditors
- Contribute to process improvement and systems development initiatives
- 2–4 years in finance, accounting, or operations roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
- Strong Excel skills; experience with reporting and dashboarding a plus
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
